Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to conceive and maintain innovative GTM strategies that drive demand in assigned markets. You will partner with cross functional teams to develop compelling messaging, market intelligence, and sales enablement assets, while shaping product expansion through new markets.

You will collaborate with executives to present product functionalities, drive end-to-end planning, and optimize marketing performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• MBA or related master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, develop, and maintain integrated go-to-market strategies for assigned markets.
• Partner with cross functional teams to develop messaging, market intel, and sales enablement assets.
• Research, analyzes, and documents market findings to guide GTM decisions.
• Coach and review team members as needed to ensure GTM success.
• Design, deliver, and execute marketing and communication strategies.
• Monitor performance of marketing strategies and optimize for impact.
• Model product plans and routes to market with resource and payback awareness.
• Establish relationships with executives to present product functionalities.
• Drive end-to-end planning processes and core priority settings.
• Collaborate with leadership to align outcomes and mitigate risk.
