MATTR is looking for a Plant Manager to oversee their Tipton manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will lead approximately 90 employees while driving operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. This role emphasizes the importance of building on a strong safety foundation, improving quality, and scaling production.

The compensation includes a base salary of $140k-$165k, plus an annual bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
