Job summary

Sia Partners in New York City is seeking an Associate Director of Paid Media & Growth to lead paid strategy across search, social, and programmatic channels for a portfolio of B2C and B2B clients.

You will own budget management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with creative and analytics teams, driving growth narratives and measurable performance across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and DV360.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid media experience across search, social, and programmatic
• Hands-on, cross-channel practitioner with strategic and client-facing skills
• Experience managing paid media for B2C and B2B clients
• International campaign experience a plus
• Hands-on experience with GA4, dashboards, forecasting

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day strategy and management oversight across Paid Search and Paid Social for a client portfolio
• Collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams to align messaging and measurement
• Present growth narratives and forecasts to senior client stakeholders
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across channels
• Stay ahead of platform changes and AI tool adoption
