Haun Welding Supply & Specialty Gases is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop business in specialty and medical gases, biotech, and electronic gases. Base salary $70,000–$80,000 with commission and bonus opportunities, plus health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Hunter with history of generating new business and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience selling medical and specialty gases or related solutions within the scientific, medical and high-tech market space.
• Confidence making cold calls and opening new accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to win.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

• Develop and execute a business plan to grow territory sales.
• Aggressively identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person customer visits.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and position Haun Specialty Gases as their preferred supplier.
• Grow sales and gross profit by converting prospects into loyal customers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Partner with branch operations, logistics, and customer service to deliver exceptional customer experience.
