Job summary

Ivo AI Inc. is seeking a Mid Market Customer Success Manager to own a growing portfolio of mid-market SaaS customers in a fast-moving environment. You will drive onboarding, adoption, and renewals, while serving as the trusted advisor and advocate for customers.

You will scale education and support across a broad set of accounts, using templated processes and data-driven insights to improve retention and expansion opportunities. Relentless resourcefulness and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS customer success or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio with prioritization and triage.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable onboarding and success planning for a high volume of mid-market accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
• Own and manage a large book of mid-market accounts to drive retention and growth.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to enable customer adoption at scale.
• Build playbooks and run streamlined business reviews across accounts.
• Identify renewal and upsell opportunities using data and usage signals.
