Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a creative Marketing Specialist to support brand initiatives, drive engagement, and assist recruitment growth across multiple channels. This role blends content creation, digital marketing, campaign execution, and performance analysis to inform strategy.

Working with leadership, sales, recruiting, and operations teams, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that promote SURGE Staffing’s services, strengthen client relationships, and support business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in marketing, digital communications, content creation, campaign coordination, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that support growth, brand awareness, and recruiting objectives.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across digital, print, email, and social channels.
• Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns, announcements, and service offerings.
• Ensure marketing materials align with brand standards and business objectives.
• Create, edit, and publish content for LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, flyers, brochures, and digital assets.
• Maintain and update website content and digital materials.
• Monitor industry trends and campaign performance, identify opportunities to improve reach.
• Track performance metrics, lead generation, and audience growth; prepare reports.
• Maintain organized calendars, campaign records, and content libraries.
• Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams on outreach materials and campaigns.
