Job summary

MomCo seeks a Marketing Director to translate bold vision into world-class campaigns. You will lead a talented team of marketers, designers, writers, producers, social media specialists, and project managers, fostering clarity and accountability while building scalable processes.

Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate across departments to drive brand and digital marketing, PR and partnerships, events, product launches, and community growth, with the goal of expanding MomCo's reach,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership.
• Experience leading creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and operational leadership.
• Proven success managing complex campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and build healthy processes.
• Partner with the CEO to transform priorities into campaigns.
• Oversee brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, podcast network, content marketing, PR and influencer partnerships, events, product launches, customer communications, and community growth.
• Develop and execute advertising revenue strategies across all media channels under your purview.
