Job summary

HDR is seeking a marketing-focused professional to support pursuit teams with persuasive proposals and presentations. The role involves monitoring solicitation statuses, maintaining data in business development systems, and coordinating large internal meetings to drive strategic initiatives.

A Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field with graphic design experience is preferred. Ideal candidates are local to the Louisville/Brentwood area, capable of travel for in-person engagement, and proficient

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.

Responsibilities

Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials.
Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status.
Help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal.
Support management of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards.
Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems.
Coordinate large, internal meetings (in-person and virtual).
Support content marketing campaigns to strengthen HDR's brand and elevate thought leadership.
Assist development and publication of engaging digital content reflecting HDR's brand.
