Job summary

Speedy Glass USA is seeking a creative, analytical Marketing & Communications Specialist to support growth of one of North America's leading glass service brands. This role blends digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and local marketing to drive customer acquisition and strengthen brand awareness across the United States.

The ideal candidate develops marketing assets, coordinates campaigns, and uses data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals.
Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing, including copywriting, graphic design, photography, and short-form video.
Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile management.
Experience with email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp) and content management systems.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in retail, franchise, or multi-location marketing (Preferred).
Experience working with marketing agencies and external vendors (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Performance: Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, email, website, and other channels.
Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
Assist with website updates, SEO initiatives, and digital listing maintenance and optimization.
