Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, outside sales, business development, hospitality, or community relations preferred.

• Proficiency with social media, digital content creation, and basic marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase restaurant traffic, brand awareness, and sales.
• Manage restaurant social media accounts, creating engaging content, photography, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Promote seasonal offerings, catering capabilities, community partnerships, and restaurant events.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and event planners for catering and partnerships.
• Coordinate catering orders with restaurant leadership to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time fulfillment.
• Track catering revenue, sales opportunities, customer retention, and monthly growth.
• Establish partnerships with local schools, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations.
• Plan and execute community events, Spirit Nights, fundraisers, sponsorships, and promotions.
