Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician to join our apartment maintenance team in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes responsiveness, safety, and quality in every repair, from HVAC to plumbing and carpentry.

You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, communicate clearly with residents and staff, and respond to service tickets promptly. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience or equivalent education/experience.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• Active, valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Trouble-shoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in line with company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
