Window Nation in Romeoville, IL seeks an experienced installation/operations leader to drive the performance of installation crews and ensure top-tier customer experiences. You will manage 1099 installers, supervise warehouse materials, and act as the liaison for install-related issues in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

The role requires 4+ years in leadership within construction or home services, with 1+ year in window installation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of leadership in construction/installation/field ops.
• 4+ years of general construction knowledge.
• 3+ years in field-based or home services environment.
• 1+ years in window installation, measuring or servicing windows.
• Experience managing 1099 installers.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting insurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Select, monitor and validate 1099 installation crews and document skill matrix; process install pay.
• Oversee warehouse operations and maintain adequate inventory of installation materials; conduct warehouse audits.
• Serve as customer service liaison for install-related issues.
• Oversee job sites to ensure quality installs and perform measures as needed.
• Ensure crew performance meets high quality standards through inspections.
