D1 Training is seeking a proven General Manager in Dallas to lead revenue growth across memberships and personal training sales. You will coach the sales team, close premium packages, and drive performance in a high-energy facility.

As a key leader, you will oversee operations, budgets, and KPI tracking while delivering a world-class experience for members and families, both youth and adults. This role is on-site with growth opportunities within a dynamic athletic training brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales leadership or management experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Experience in fitness, gym, retail, or service-based operations.
• Confident, energetic leader who thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and revenue growth through lead generation and conversion.
• Lead and develop the sales team with weekly 1:1s and staff meetings.
• Manage the facility P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
• Deliver the D1 brand experience for members and families.
