InstaLoan in Ocala, FL is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue, maintain compliance, and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll empower a team, manage schedules, and lead local marketing initiatives to grow store performance.

The role includes coaching, training, and ongoing development while supporting a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation. This is a full-time, in-person leadership position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance and meet/exceed standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop the team to grow the business and ensure compliance.
• Identify local marketing strategies and partnerships to drive revenue.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and manage risk within limits.
• Enforce quality standards and comply with laws and regulations.
• Participate in audits and compliance reviews.
• Oversee cash management, loss prevention, and secure operations.
• Open/close procedures and staff training on keyholder duties.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and staffing to meet store needs.
• Maintain store appearance, planograms, and promotional materials.
