Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Coeur d'Alene, ID is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You’ll hire, train, and coach Staff, manage schedules, control costs, and uphold Capriotti’s standards for quality and service.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive sales through exceptional hospitality, inventory controls, and local marketing initiatives in a dynamic fast-casual setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and computer literacy.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.
• Ability to manage schedules and costs.

Responsibilities

• Builds teams by recruiting and hiring top talent.
• Coaches and develops shop team per Capriotti’s standards.
• Prepares schedules balancing guest satisfaction and costs.
• Models Capriotti’s standards for great service.
• Ensures health, safety, and food prep compliance.
• Prepares products according to specifications.
• Maintains recipe integrity for consistent guest experience.
• Manages cash handling and deposits.
• Monitors budgets, COGS, labor, and payroll.
• Drives sales via suggestive selling and counter service.
• Oversees purchasing, inventory, and waste monitoring.
• Participates in Local Shop Marketing initiatives.
