The Tabo Law Firm seeks a California-licensed attorney with 2–5 years in family law to join a modern, growth-focused practice in Sacramento. You will handle hearings, manage custody and support matters, and draft essential pleadings while maintaining client-centered communication and teamwork.

Formación

• Licensed California attorney in good standing with 2–5 years of family law experience.
• Comfortable in court or motivated to become courtroom-strong.
• Organized and responsive—manages a busy caseload without things falling through the cracks.
• Emotionally steady and client-centered.
• Collaborative with staff and attorneys; follow the process and contribute to a team.
• Comfortable with technology, systems, and accountability structures.
• Interested in growing with a firm actively building toward something.

Responsabilidades

• Handle family law hearings and court appearances independently.
• Manage custody, support, DVRO, and contested dissolution matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, declarations, motions, MSAs, judgments, and orders.
• Communicate with clients professionally, consistently, and with empathy.
• Work closely with case managers and administrative staff to move cases efficiently.
• Participate in case planning, litigation strategy, and process improvement.
