Job summary

WellBiz Brands, Inc. is seeking an experienced esthetician to provide customized skincare for a variety of clients. You will promote and book facial services, stock operations, and deliver professional product recommendations, including at least three retail items per session.

The role requires evenings and weekends availability, proactive self-starting, and enthusiasm to grow the facial business. Commissions and strong base pay are offered in a supportive, employee-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed accredited esthetics program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification that allows you to perform facial services at the studio.
• Must carry personal liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Promote and book facial services to grow the business.
• Provide customized skincare recommendations and up-sell retail products.
• Create SOAP/intake notes for each session and maintain client records.
• Maintain an average of $40+ average retail sale per client.
