Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven customer service or sales support experience.
• Experience with Amazon FBA preferred.
• Proven multi-tasker with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all account metrics are in top tier of performance.
• Collaborate with the warehouse for timely RMA/Replacements.
• Monitor seller performance and maintain minimum metrics.
• Provide proactive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Recommend opportunities to improve inventory turnover.
