Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or category leadership roles.
• 5–7+ years of people management experience, building and leading high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in TCG ecosystems, with strong knowledge of Pokémon and adjacent IP.
