Qualificações

• Strong leadership and professional presence.

• Understanding of SEO, digital media and email campaigns.
• Strong communication, organized and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement sales plans for corporate, group and agency business.
• Coordinate with marketing partners for brand visibility and campaigns.
• Manage CRM data integrity and loyalty program operations.
• Oversee RFPs, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with GMs to maximize property-level revenue.
• Analyze KPIs and report performance to leadership.
