Job summary

ProAg, a Tokio Marine HCC group member, seeks a Digital Marketing Manager in Maple Grove, MN (or West Des Moines, IA) to lead digital marketing strategy and grow brand engagement.

The role oversees website, social media, email, SEO/SEM and campaigns, driving lead generation and customer journeys with a data-driven approach. Requires 6+ years in digital marketing and a marketing/communications degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
• At least six years of Digital Marketing experience across multiple platforms with proven results.
• Experience in crop insurance or related agriculture industries preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth in targeted geographies.
• Manage and optimize website, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM and other digital channels.
• Create and oversee digital content, campaigns and customer journeys for engagement and lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using data and KPIs to drive improvement and outcomes.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal teams, agencies and technology partners.
• Lead social media strategy, content planning, publishing, engagement, and paid/organic promotions.
