Qualifications

• Excellent spelling, data entry, and task completion with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Solicit loans by phone and at the counter.
• Answer calls, post payments, input loan data and process applications.
• Prepare refinance and delinquency mail; support customer credit inquiries.
• Complete loan documents and close refinances.
• Prepare daily cash deposits and balance drawers.
• Maintain accurate loan reports and respond to delinquent accounts.
