Job summary

First Florida Credit Union seeks a Branch Manager to direct the Blair Stone/Tallahassee branch operations and lead growth, service and staff development.

You will hire, coach and evaluate branch personnel, manage cash/ATM operations, ensure policy compliance, and strengthen member relationships within the community. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required, with 1–3 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in a related role.
• Education: a bachelor's degree or industry certifications equivalent to a degree.
• Interpersonal skills: strong communication, relationship building, and coaching abilities.
• Other skills: proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct, develop and motivate branch personnel; hire and evaluate staff.
• Foster relationships with members, sponsor organizations and external partners.
• Manage vault cash, ATM operations and daily cash processes.
• Ensure branch activities comply with policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain communications with the main office.
• Oversee consumer loan processing and documentation.
