Qualifications

• Proven experience running creator/influencer partnerships with measurable outcomes.
• Strong networking and sourcing ability (finding emerging creators before they are expensive).
• Excellent negotiation and contract instincts.
• Strong creative briefing skills (clear direction without constraining creators).
• Familiarity with whitelisting/paid usage rights and creator content performance in ads.
• Strong ops + analytics skills in pipelines, tracking, reporting, and learning loops.
• Good judgment on branding.
