Job summary

Kokosing Construction is seeking a Warehouse Associate based in Middletown, OH to support field operations with tools and supplies. The role operates Mon-Fri, 7 AM–3:30 PM, with some flexibility.

You will process items, fill field orders, monitor inventory and maintain orderly storage while engaging with customers, vendors, and managers by email, phone, and virtual calls. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of construction or shipping/receiving experience, strong customer service skills, and

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years construction/shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience in purchasing is a plus.
• Knowledge of WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process items in/out of the warehouse per defined process.
• Fill orders from the field for tools and supplies from inventory.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Team Lead.
• Maintain correct location and sorting of like tools.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and managers via email, phone, and virtual calls.
• Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to move materials.
