Job summary

Kokosing Construction provides hands-on support for field operations by stocking and delivering materials, tools, and supplies from Fredericktown, OH. The role requires accuracy in processing inbound/outbound items and maintaining organized inventory while engaging with customers and vendors.

Experienced candidates with 1–3 years in construction or shipping/receiving are preferred, with familiarity in purchasing and MS Office a plus. A safe, team-oriented environment is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years construction or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with purchasing is a plus.
• Experience in construction industry or tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process items in/out of the warehouse/shop per defined process.
• Fill orders from the field for tools and supplies from inventory.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Team Lead.
• Maintain correct location and sorting of like tools.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and managers via email, phone, and virtual call.
• Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to move materials.
• Assist loading/unloading orders in/out delivery vehicles.
• Receive, inspect, and route shipments; document shortages and damages.
