• Manage daily operations including cash flow, reporting, account management and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and improve service processes.
• Lead the branch team, recruit, schedule and evaluate staff, promote development.
• Focus on strategic growth through innovative business development and strong client relationships.
