Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Milwaukee seeks a Commercial Parts Pro to support advanced commercial operations, grow profitable revenue through customer retention and expansion, and partner with the GM to manage Team Members. The role demands expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, the ability to source from multiple channels, and to direct drivers for timely deliveries.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules or manuals and write basic correspondence.
• Need strong math and Microsoft Office skills.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain commercial credit accounts.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
