Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Milwaukee is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to strengthen relationships with commercial customers and drive profitable growth. You will partner with the GM to coach Team Members and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining stock programs.

The role emphasizes expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, plus the ability to source from multiple channels. This is a full‑time position with commission potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks and goals.
• High school diploma or GED required; ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and grow sales.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
