Lift Solutions is hiring a Branch Manager for the Brooksville, FL branch to lead operations within the Rigging team. The role focuses on revenue growth, safety, and a high-performance culture across operations, sales, and leadership.

You will drive profitability through P&L oversight, inventory management, and continuous process improvements while mentoring a team and partnering with key customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Rigging industry experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations and uphold a strong safety culture, including monthly safety meetings.
• Achieve operational targets, budget goals, and profitability through P&L analysis and inventory management.
• Drive customer satisfaction by partnering with the sales team and maintaining high service standards with top customers and prospects.
• Conduct monthly branch operations meetings to ensure accountability for goals and objectives.
• Provide input to company leadership on branch growth strategies and operational performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members through performance management, training, and coaching.
• Oversee inventory control through weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
