Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and grow the Brooksville branch within the Rigging team. This leadership role focuses on revenue growth, operational excellence, and building a high‑performance culture.

The Branch Manager will drive safety, quality, service, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with operations, sales, and leadership to hit financial and operational targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Rigging industry experience preferred.
• Results-driven and goal‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Effective communicator and critical thinker.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and uphold a strong safety culture, including monthly safety meetings.
• Achieve operational targets, budget goals, and profitability through P&L analysis and inventory management.
• Drive customer satisfaction by partnering with the sales team and maintaining high service standards with key accounts.
• Conduct monthly branch operations meetings to ensure accountability for goals and objectives.
• Provide input to company leadership on branch growth strategies and operational performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members through performance management, training, and coaching.
• Oversee inventory control through weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Serve as the point of contact for facility, vehicle, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain and expand technical and professional knowledge through workshops and industry associations.
