Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Massachusetts is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Part-time positions are available with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers a supportive environment and mentorship for those pursuing careers in ABA. Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Has high school diploma; psychology/education background is a plus.
• Ability to work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to local scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
