• Coordinate lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and client appreciation events.
• Educate clients on the restoration process and what to expect during an emergency.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a great client experience.
• Track activity, goals, and performance using CRM or sales tools.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
