Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Bilingual language skills desirable.
• Self-starter with motivation and drive.
• Willingness to educate clients on banking products and digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing customer service and support to clients.
• Introduce clients to new products, services and digital solutions.
• Process account transactions and assist clients with banking needs.
• Meet individual and branch sales and service goals.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
