Qualifications
- Must have prior retail management experience or equivalent
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to coach and mentor a sales team
- Comfort with technology and retail software tools
Responsibilities
- Exceed personal and store sales goals and develop sales skills in the team
- Devise and implement sales strategies to optimize revenue
- Capture and manage client information (phone, email, address)
- Understand merchandise pricing and store layout for effective merchandising
- Oversee housekeeping, visual merchandising, and inventory tools
- Enforce loss prevention and security measures
- Collaborate with Store Manager on recruitment and onboarding
- Support Store Manager in coaching and mentoring staff
