Responsibilities

• Resolves customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner and reports actions to the Store Manager.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked store with a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Performs daily administrative duties in the Store Manager's absence.
• Supports the Store Manager in completing managerial duties when needed.
• Acts as a positive role model and supervises employees in the Store Manager's absence.
• Coordinates shift tasks and ensures store conditions meet Store Manager expectations.
