Responsibilities

• Assists in managerial duties when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Serves as a positive role model for staff.
• Supervises employees in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Delegates shift duties to keep the store running smoothly.
• Follows up on daily shift responsibilities with the Store Manager.
