Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an experienced Store Manager-level candidate to lead daily store operations with a focus on service, merchandising and execution. You will supervise Associates, optimize schedules, handle payroll and training, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards across the store.

The role requires strong leadership, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations and ensure adherence to Company standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll and expense control to meet budgets.
• Train and develop Associates, and handle Customer service issues.
• Maintain store branding, merchandising and safety standards.
• Support loss prevention and inventory processes.
