• Analyze store reports, manage scheduling, and control payroll according to budget.
• Supervise customer service, merchandising, and safety programs to deliver a consistent Ross experience.
• Recruit, train and develop non-exempt Associates and uphold personnel policies.
• Ensure compliance with state/local/federal regulations and loss prevention practices.
