Responsibilities

• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure crew members are meeting guest satisfaction to the highest degree.
• Promote Teamwork: Help promote a team environment within the store by working with the Restaurant Manager to set clear expectations with the crew members and coach them.
• Maintain a Clean and Effective Store: Ensure the crew maintains a clean and well stocked work area and adheres to food safety, brand guidelines, and franchisee policies.
