Job summary

JRI Hospitality Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of its Terrell-area restaurants. You will work with the Restaurant Operating Partner to lead daily operations, ensuring guests receive made-to-order meals with hospitality and efficiency.

You will coach and develop team members, recruit staff, and drive KPIs while maintaining safety and cleanliness. The role offers casual dress, meal discounts, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• Strong communications and a hospitality focus.
• Ability to train, mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with the Restaurant Operating Partner.
• Motivate and coach team members to meet KPIs and deliver excellent guest experience.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; manage scheduling, safety and cleanliness.
