Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be clean, neat and well groomed.
• Good interpersonal communication with customers and employees.
• Understanding of fast food operations, production and deployment procedures.
• Ability to master cash control and adhere to QSC&H guidelines.
• Understand sales forecasting, scheduling, cost control, inventory, P&L, and personnel administration.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good hearing and vision for interactions and kitchen equipment.
• Honest, assertive yet well-mannered.
• Attention to detail, able to cope with pressure and stay calm.
• Team player; minimize disruption to customers and staff.
• Stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs; 90% of shift.
• Good manual dexterity; work quickly during rush periods.
• Work as part of a team to ensure constant customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction with quick, efficient service and quality products.
• Provide excellence in quality, service and cleanliness.
• Create and maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere among employees and customers.
• Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment.
• Assist with management of restaurant operations.
• Assist in hiring, training, and review of employee performance.
• Perform accounting responsibilities and submit reports to the home office.
• Administers the ACT program.
• Quickly prepares customers' orders according to specifications with high quality.
• Work as a team to ensure constant customer satisfaction through quality, service and cleanliness.
• Prioritize workload: serve customers first, then dining room, then work area.
• Operate all kitchen equipment.
• Acknowledge customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Report needed equipment/facility repairs.
