Job summary

Panera Bread Beavercreek is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a bakery-café team and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will coach staff, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and uphold food safety and quality across shifts.

You’ll be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and developing team members while driving sales and profitability. Must be at least 18, able to pass a drug screen and background check, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation (valid license & insurance is a plus).
• 18 years of age or older.
