Job summary

Amazon in Missouri is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly workers, engaging them during shifts to uphold safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the correct location, coordinating across First, Middle, and Last mile operations.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR to meet business objectives; lift up to 49 pounds; stand for long hours; work in variable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
