Job summary

Syenex is hiring an Associate Director, Growth to own the marketing engine behind our commercial function, building Syenex's brand, content, and digital presence as we bring our delivery platform to cell and gene therapy developers.

You'll take primary ownership of how Syenex shows up across channels: the content and campaigns that build awareness, the conferences and events where we meet customers face to face, and the marketing tools and data that make all of it measurable.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in marketing or growth, ideally with exposure to B2B, life sciences, or another technical/scientific product.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing execution: content creation, email marketing, LinkedIn/social campaigns, and brand or visual design.

Responsibilities

• Produce content and collateral across channels—website copy, technical/blog content, social media, email, and conference collateral.
• Plan, design, and execute email and LinkedIn campaigns to build awareness and generate pipeline.
• Lead conference and event logistics, including registration, shipping, staffing, and scheduling.
• Own marketing technology stack (CRM/marketing automation, email platforms, analytics).
• Execute paid digital campaigns and SEO/GEO initiatives to increase visibility and generate leads.
