Job summary

Vericast is seeking a Director of Client Growth to drive profitable revenue across a portfolio of banks and credit unions. You will identify, create, and close Marketing Solutions opportunities within underpenetrated clients and act as the full sales-cycle owner and primary relationship holder.

The role requires building executive-level relationships, developing strategic marketing plans, and expanding wallet share through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven ROI analysis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a hunter track record.
• Experience selling marketing solutions to financial institutions (banks/credit unions).
• Experience in marketing/advertising agency environment preferred.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an assigned portfolio of banks and credit unions across the full sales cycle.
• Develop account growth strategies to increase Marketing Solutions revenue.
• Build executive relationships with CMO, Head of Marketing, and other senior decision makers.
• Forecast pipeline and bookings; collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
