What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate leads within the primary care sector
- Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and assessing their fit for the employer's value-based care model
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
