Ladders is seeking a Growth Design Manager, Web & Acquisition to lead the design vision for web growth initiatives that support acquisition, conversion, and top-of-funnel performance. You will lead a team of designers and partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data to shape high-performing web experiences.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Growth Design Manager, Web & Acquisition to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will own the design vision for web growth initiatives that support acquisition, conversion, and top-of-funnel performance. You will lead a team of designers and partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data to shape high-performing web experiences. The work requires balancing strong brand expression with experimentation, scalable design systems, and measurable business outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead web growth design end-to-end, setting a high bar for craft and persuasion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading web design teams focused on conversion and acquisition surfaces.
• Deep fluency in balancing experimentation with brand moments for optimal user success.
• Strong craft and taste across visual, interaction, and web design, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Experience designing interactive and productized web experiences that engage users effectively.
• A systems thinker who can create scalable design patterns and playbooks.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Clear and compelling communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
