As Growth Design Lead, you'll lead design for a high-velocity experimentation program on our marketing site and campaign surfaces — turning insights into shipped, on-brand interactive experiences and measurable funnel lift. You'll set the bar for growth design craft inside Brand Studio: rigorous testing, strong visual and interaction design, and an AI-augmented workflow that helps the team prototype and learn faster. This is a senior design IC role. You’ll partner with Growth Marketing, Product, Web/Engineering, Brand, and Data, is to design, prototype, and iterate experiences You’ll operate at the intersection of design, data, and growth — translating behavioral and search insights into scalable layouts, flows, and components; establishing testing frameworks from a design perspective; and helping the team ship conversion improvements without sacrificing brand integrity or accessibility.
