Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Growth Data Scientist to partner with Growth product, design, engineering and marketing to shape how we acquire, activate and retain customers across business and personal banking. You will frame the “why” behind what we build and translate data into actionable growth opportunities.

You’ll work end-to-end on growth analytics, including experiment design and communicating findings to executives, helping set direction for growth initiatives and revenue generation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data science, product analytics or growth analytics.
• 3+ years partnering closely with product growth teams.
• Strong product sense with a track record of shaping product direction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth product, design, engineering and marketing leaders to identify high-impact questions and influence what gets built.
• Own the growth funnel end to end, from first visit through signup, activation and retention, building metrics and narratives.
